CLASSIC

"Classic" is a competitive division of soccer in Oregon. Teams are selected during a formal tryout in the Fall of each calendar year. Players who desire to play classic soccer seek a higher level of soccer education, competition, and commitment. Classic teams are typically more expensive and have more "travel" games than Rec. REGISTRATION

COST
  • $300 per player for single season
  • $500 per player for Fall and Spring
  • Price does not include CVFC Uniform Kit. Uniform kit price $175 and is paid separately from registration
  • Payment plans are available upon request
  • No refunds after player has been placed on a team
  • Fee Includes:
    • Entry into at least 1 tournament per year (Rogue Memorial Challenge)
    • Competitive player card, secondary medical insurance, field rental, equipment, administrative and operational expenses, etc.

AGES GROUPS
  • U11 - U14 (Boys/Girls)
  • Age group and team availability vary season to season

GAMES
  • Schedule available 1 week before games - see links below
  • Games start 9/7 (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 weeks, 10 games)
  • Potential Travel: Klamath Falls, Roseburg, Grants Pass, Redding, Ashland
  • Attire: CVFC Jersey, Black Shorts, Black Socks, Shin Guards, Soccer Cleats (optional but recommended)

PRACTICES
  • Practices start 8/1 (M-F, 2/3 times per week)
  • Practice times are typically no earlier than 430pm (your coach will let you know when and where practices will be held)
  • Attire: Player must wear shin guards, any color socks covering shin guards, soccer cleats (optional but recommended)
  • Soccer ball sizes: players are encouraged to bring their own ball to practice
    • Size 4 - U11/12
    • Size 5 - U13+
